Responsibilities

• Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability.
• Perform heavy equipment repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Work with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct machine safety inspections to uphold workplace safety regulations.
• Utilize Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for efficient motor control.
• Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for automated systems.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Service and troubleshoot servo motors to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of creating preventive maintenance plans.
• Experience with heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and their troubleshooting.
• Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
• Experience in conducting machine safety inspections.
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and their applications.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Familiarity with conveyor systems and servo motors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
