Our client, a leader in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Caledonia, WI (near Franklin, WI)

Pay Range: Up to $135,000

What's the Job?

• Lead refrigeration, building, grounds, and equipment maintenance functions, including improvement initiatives and process changes.
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of ammonia refrigeration equipment and systems performed by on-site staff or contractors.
• Manage all maintenance and technical needs for the facility while ensuring timely repair and on-track preventative maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with the warehouse management team on safety, equipment utilization, and emergency preparedness.
• Maintain all inspection, audit, and maintenance records, participating in facility audits and compliance reviews.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a 24/7 operational environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and applicable certifications.
• Experience with HAYSSEN packaging equipment and YAMATO scales.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA regulations, and industry safety standards.
