Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Corrections, Day Shift

We're seeking a skilled LVN for a corrections setting. This role demands high•quality care delivery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in a correctional setting
• Rotate between units as required
• Uphold facility policies and patient rights

Requirements:

• Current BLS certification
• Compact or Texas LVN license
• 2+ years of LVN experience
• 1+ year of acute care or med surg experience
• LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing, and/or Psych experience preferred
• Resilience and independence

COVID•19 Vaccination: Mandatory, exemptions considered

Start Dates: Weekend orientations post clearance

Shift: Days • 0545•1815
Hours/week: 36/48, overtime potential

This is a 13•week assignment, extendable. Candidates may need to float between units within a 30•minute drive. Refusal may lead to DNR status.
