About the Clinician's WorkdayThis role primarily involves supervision while maintaining a smaller clinical caseload as determined by the Director. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating qualified staff to ensure proper licensure and credentials are maintained. The role collaborates closely with the Director on program planning, problem-solving, and growth initiatives. The position promotes culturally sensitive and inclusive care practices and may require travel to regional offices to support operations and community engagement. Additional duties include representing the agency at community events, participating in committees and workgroups, providing clinical supervision to staff pursuing independent licensure, analyzing data on caseloads and care levels, ensuring regulatory compliance with CCBHC and CMHC standards, and staying current through ongoing training and professional development.
