Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling and dermaplaning.- Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and develop customized treatment plans.- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, as well as product recommendations.- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, infection control, and safety protocols in all treatment areas.- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and technologies in aesthetics.- Collaborate effectively with other team members and practitioners to create a welcoming and cohesive environment.- Promote and upsell Bella Aesthetics products and services to clients as appropriate.- Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) to showcase treatments, share client testimonials, highlight promotions, and engage with followers to build brand awareness.Qualifications:- Valid state license as a Medical Aesthetician/Esthetician.- At least 1 year of experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred.- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and technologies.- Bilingual in spanish, preferred.- Proficiency in using social media to promote services and engage with clients.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.- Passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.If you are a dedicated and experienced Medical Esthetician looking to join a thriving team at Bella Aesthetics, we would love to hear from you!
