Are you a licensed School Psychologist in Alabama who thrives in a flexible, virtual setting? Were looking for a passionate, student-centered professional to join our remote team for the upcoming school year. In this full-time role, youll work with K12 students across Alabama, conducting evaluations, providing counseling, and collaborating with school teams all from the comfort of your home. What You'll Need:
- A Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current certification in School Psychology issued by the Alabama State Department of Education
- Completion of a supervised internship in a school-based setting
- National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP) is a plus, but not required
- A clear background check and demonstrated professional integrity
- At least 2 years of experience working in school settings (preferred)
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish-English) is strongly preferred
- Experience with virtual service delivery is a bonus
- Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual psychological services including counseling, consultation, and assessments
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to support IEP/504 planning
- Participate in eligibility meetings and provide input for student plans
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary school teams
- Maintain accurate documentation aligned with Alabama DOE standards
- Use digital tools creatively to support and engage students remotely

Licensing & Credentialing in Alabama:
To practice in Alabama, School Psychologists must complete a specialist-level degree, pass state-required exams, and complete an internship.
