In this role, you will provide crucial support to the legal compliance organization by managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of key initiatives. You will work closely with teams managing Client's Business Conduct Helpline, Political Law compliance, and other attorneys, compliance specialists, and business stakeholders to help ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Responsibilities: Business Conduct Helpline Program Support: Assist in clearly documenting and efficiently managing helpline case queue and triage functions. Under supervision of the team, respond to and appropriately escalate allegations of misconduct and requests for guidance under Client's Business Conduct Policy. Analyze trends and identify and advance efficiencies in helpline workflow activity. Collaborate on program documentation and resources. Help ensure consistent communication of Client policy requirements, as well as consistent process, treatment, and disposition of cases that come into the helpline. Political Law and Post-Settlement Compliance Program Support Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs. Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials. Help ensure compliance with settlement agreements and consent decrees that place ongoing obligations and reporting on the Client. This will include tracking obligations and status and ensuring agreements and deadlines are met. Assist with around compliance with emerging laws. Assist with Political Law projects as needed. Other Project Management: Manage and track compliance projects from initiation to completion, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and communication strategies. Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as needed. Facilitate project meetings and track action items. Collaborate effectively with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders across the organization. Communicate project updates and compliance information clearly and concisely. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
