JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are in search of a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care within our 12-suite labor and delivery unit. In this vital role, you will be the guide for mothers and their newborns, delivering direct nursing care throughout their stay. You will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, including obstetricians, perinatologists, anesthesiologists, and lactation consultants, all working together to support the mother and her partner. Your responsibilities will include providing patient-centered care, offering education to patients and families, and meticulously monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions using advanced computerized documentation systems, all while upholding an awareness of cultural and diversity needs.
