**Kelly Education is hiring K-12 Substitute Teachers to work in Aurora Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year! No degree or classroom experience required! Full-time and part-time positions are available, and substitutes are eligible for benefits.**

No teaching experience? No problem! _Our pre-hire training, paid orientation, and ongoing professional development ensure that you will always have the skills necessary to succeed in the classroom._
**Minimum requirements:**
+ Minimum of 48 College Credits completed
+ Must have a Colorado Substitute License OR be willing to obtain a license with the Colorado Department of Education. **Don't have a license? No problem! We will guide you through the licensing process and pay for fingerprinting!**
+ Successful experience working with children (in any capacity). This can include volunteer work, babysitting, parenting etc.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
+ Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
+ Instruct students regarding a variety of classroom topics/courses of instruction, as determined by the School/District lesson plan
+ For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
+ Substitute teachers may also be referred to as substitute educators, guest teacher, or relief teachers.
