**Kelly Education is hiring K-12 Substitute Teachers to work in Aurora Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year! No degree or classroom experience required! No problem! We will guide you through the licensing process and pay for fingerprinting!** + Successful experience working with children (in any capacity). These plans are not sponsored by Kelly. **Responsibilities:** + Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies + Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation + Instruct students regarding a variety of classroom topics/courses of instruction, as determined by the School/District lesson plan + For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments + Substitute teachers may also be referred to as substitute educators, guest teacher, or relief teachers. **Next steps:** Apply Now!
