Cretin Derham Hall seeks a qualified candidate to assume the role of head coach of its Junior Varsity Competition Dance Team. The position is part-time, involving most afternoons after school hours, most Saturdays, and some extended weekends. Salary range is $1500 - $3000 depending on experience and size of coaching staff. Position is for the 2025 – 26 school year. Essential Functions: Create a positive environment that promotes good sportsmanship Plan and execute organized and structured practices Provide effective supervision and evaluation of all players Create a rapport with the greater community to generate interest in the program Be visible in the youth dance community and partner with our Head Competition Dance Coach and Performance Dance Coach to build a broader network within the community Recognize contributions of all and emphasize to athletes and parents that their efforts are valued Participate as a positive team member in the development and support of excellence within the Athletic Department #J-18808-Ljbffr Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis
