We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent Excel skills, and experience working with Salesforce. Familiarity with SiteTracker and NetSuite is a plus. This role requires analytical thinking, accuracy, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting – Gather and analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends and insights, generating impactful reports for leadership on key performance indicators. Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested.
• Integrations - Assist with the integration of CRM systems with other business platforms and 3rd party systems such as SiteTracker by partnering with IT and providing business requirements.
• Documentation – Create and maintain detailed documentation of business development processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintain documentation of data processes and reporting standards.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across platforms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional data analysis experience (financial or operational focus).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Salesforce CRM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred:

• Telecom or Cable industry experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and SiteTracker is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
