Jr. Financial Analyst - Manufacturing Industry
We are seeking a Jr. Financial Analyst with experience in a manufacturing environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and VP of Operations , where your analytical and reporting skills will play a crucial role in influencing upper management's decision-making.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate data from multiple international locations to organize inbound inventory, supporting financial projections and cash flow planning.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform financial policies and strategic decisions.
• Develop spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to illustrate financial reports and trends effectively.
• Manage complex customer inventory flow reports, directly impacting the company's working capital, financing position, production efficiency, and overall operations .
• Interpret operational data related to pricing and inventory to optimize financial outcomes.
• Perform daily order entry from electronic data feeds into the ERP system.
• Extract and analyze data from the ERP system to provide daily shipping reports for multiple customers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles (GAAP) .
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis, pivot tables, and financial modeling).
• High level of initiative with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Preferred but not required : Bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin .
