Role - Jr. Billing Systems Analyst

Location - St Louis. MO or Charlotte, NC - Onsite

JD:

• Good understanding of Cable Billing
• Have to have a working knowledge of CSG Biller - tables and data schema and have some level of SQL skills
• Have experience with Data Analysis and triaging of issues in Prod and No Prod environment
• Any understanding of Amdocs Biller and its data model is a plus
• Good communication skills - should be able to take a task and complete with minimal guidance
