Our client , a large market leading real estate company located in Toronto are looking to hire for an Intermediate Property Accountant
Your New Role
The Property Accountant will work closely with the Property Accounting Manager and will be responsible for full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of properties. The Property Accountant will prepare monthly financial statements in addition to carrying out variance analysis. The Property Accountant will preform balance sheet reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To succeed in the role of Property Accountant you will ideally be a CPA or be in pursuit of the CPA designation. The Property Accountant is required to have a minimum of 1 year of full cycle property accounting experience as well as having a strong understanding of Yardi.
