Cohere seeks an experienced Integrated Campaign Manager to design, execute, and optimize demand generation and growth campaigns that fuel pipeline creation and accelerate revenue. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with the Product Marketing, Web, Content, Operations, Analytics, and Sales teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns that align with our go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The ideal candidate combines creativity, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful campaigns that engage target audiences and drive measurable outcomes.

As our Integrated Campaign Manager, you will:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and growth campaigns that align with target audiences, ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), and business goals.
  • Leverage a mix of tactics, including digital advertising, email marketing, webinars, events, and ABM strategies, to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and development to launch and optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with the Content team to ensure campaigns include compelling, targeted assets such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and videos.
  • Work with Sales teams to align campaign objectives, share insights, and deliver account-specific strategies to support pipeline acceleration and account penetration.
  • Partner with Product to optimize user journey campaigns by identifying and converting product-qualified leads (PQLs) into marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), ultimately fueling our pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to optimize campaign workflows and ensure accurate performance tracking and reporting.
Data-Driven Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • A/B test campaign elements, such as messaging, channels, and formats, to drive continuous improvement.
Alignment with Growth Initiatives:
  • Support both product-led and sales-led growth initiatives, tailoring campaigns to nurture leads at all stages of the funnel.
  • Align with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to integrate campaigns into larger GTM strategies, ensuring consistency and cohesion across touchpoints.
Demand & Growth Program Development:
  • Identify opportunities to scale campaigns through innovative tactics, such as retargeting, influencer partnerships, and co-marketing with partners.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

This career opportunity may be a good match for you if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing preferably in technology-focused or B2B/SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Science (an advanced degree is a plus), or equivalent.

If some of the above doesn't line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you consider yourself a thoughtful worker, a lifelong learner, and a kind and playful team member, Cohere is the place for you.

We value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form, and we will work together to meet your needs.
