Installation Technician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Work with all types of insulation materials, including USA Premium foam, batting, loose fiberglass, ventilation and other products
· Work in attics, around the exterior of homes, basements, and crawl spaces
· Work outdoors on ladders (up to 28’)
· Work with hand tools, drills, pumps, and all equipment necessary for installing insulation
· Provide excellent customer service, including keeping interior and exterior of home/business clean during and after installation
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· Must have valid drivers license and be insurable to drive company vehicles no tickets
· Must be 25 years or older
· Must complete and manage paperwork
· Must have good organizational and communication skills
· Must be able to lift and move 80 lbs.
· Must have working knowledge of siding, home building, drills and other tools
· Must be coachable and a team player
· Must be ready and willing to work each day, to get the job done with no shortcuts
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
· Insulation experience desired but not required
· Construction experience desired
· Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
