Position Overview: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales through effective lead management, and supporting overall revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential new customers, qualifying prospects, maintaining existing accounts, and closing sales primarily via phone, email, and online meetings. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong sales acumen and a passion for delivering excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries to generate and close business opportunities.Proactively reach out to leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.Work with existing low revenue dealers to develop strategies to improve performance.Qualify dealers/customers to determine if they have a fit and long-term buying potential. Build, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.Understand customer needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.Assist with funnel management and the identification process of new customers. Support onboarding and account setup for new customers.Accurately enter and maintain customer information, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, and customer service teams to maximize business opportunities.Provide product knowledge, pricing, and proposal support to customers.Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and referrals.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets. Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a similar customer-facing role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Preferred experience in outdoor living, building materials, and hearth products. Physical Activities: Daily activity includes but is not limited to: Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting. Frequent communication via phone, email, and in-person.Reading, communication, simple math. Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer. Be able to regularly lift/move up to 30lbs. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above moderate. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: Competitive base salary (exempt) commensurate with experience. Incentives: Performance-based commission structure (no cap).Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
