Overview:

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading CHAGEE’s influencer marketing strategy across key social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will build and nurture relationships with influencers, optimize campaign performance, and drive brand awareness and engagement through impactful collaborations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a passion for building authentic brand partnerships.

What you'll do:

Influencer Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead CHAGEE’s influencer marketing initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand’s goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Identify and recruit high-performing influencers who align with CHAGEE’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Oversee content development to ensure brand consistency and authenticity in influencer collaborations.

Content & Campaign Management:

  • Partner with influencers to create engaging and viral content that highlights CHAGEE’s brand and product offerings.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, ensuring that content meets engagement and conversion goals.
  • Track trending topics and platform updates to leverage cultural moments and maximize content impact.

Agency & Partner Relations:

  • Manage relationships with influencer agencies and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and campaign execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables to optimize ROI while maintaining strong influencer relationships.
  • Accurately match influencers to campaigns based on audience insights, engagement metrics, and brand alignment.

Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing objectives.
  • Be prepared for duties and responsibilities to evolve, and show a willingness to step outside of your usual scope to support the company's growth. Expect opportunities for personal and professional growth as you navigate new challenges.

Experience you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, media planning, or social media marketing, ideally in a consumer brand, advertising agency, or influencer marketing agency.
  • Strong experience with digital and social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels, as well as offline media channels.
  • Proven experience in managing influencer partnerships and executing high-impact campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, content creation, and platform algorithms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to foster long-term influencer partnerships.
  • Ability to analyze social media data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for digital marketing.

The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on considerations including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience for this position, skills, education, certifications, and more.
