Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Industrial Painters to join our team.


The role includes applying coatings to various surfaces and ensuring high-quality finishes. This is long-term work. Schedule is 40+ hours/wk and the pay rate is $25-28/hr DOE.

-Knowledgeable and skilled in Concrete surface prep standards
-Surface prep by dry abrasive sandblasting and UHP water jetting
-Knowledgeable and skilled in Concrete resurfacing utilizing a trowel
-Skilled in the operation and application of plural component spray equipment
-Minimum 3 years of coatings experience
-SSPC Certification (C6, C7, C12, C13 or CAS Preferred)
-Efficient Coating:-Coats 1,000 sqft with 2% or less rework in 1 hour
-Equipment Handling-Sets up, tears down, and cleans paint application equipment effectively
-Spray Tip Knowledge-Understand the Airless Spray Tip numbering
-Coating Mixing-Knowledge of how to correctly mix coatings following data sheets
-Plural Machine Skills-Knowledge of how to operate and repair Plural Machines
-Maintenance Proficiency-Perform and understand preventative maintenance on pumps, hoses, and guns
-Defect Management-Identifies coatings defects and understands how to correct them
-Thickness Measurement-Ability to calculate and measure Wet Film Thickness (WFT) to achieve desired Dry Film Thickness (DFT)
