Drive to customer homes (you’ll have your own assigned jobs; no shared rides). Follow our detailed aromatherapy green cleaning systems to delight clients. Leave personalized client notes (we’ll teach you how!). Communicate real‑time through our app if you need help or encounter any issues. Head home by around 4:30 p.m., enjoying your evenings and weekends off. Objectives & Key Results Deliver sparkling, healthy homes to every client. Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction survey ratings. Use 100% of checklists to meet quality standards. Complete jobs on time on every assignment.
