Base Pay Range $15.00/hr – $22.00/hr Location 1100 Gahanna Parkway, Gahanna, OH, 43230 Responsibilities Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards. Follow the company process and provide a positive and professional experience to customers. If selected as a team lead: manage team schedule, drive safely, maintain equipment and supplies. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the vehicle is stocked with required housekeeping supplies. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to pass a background check. Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks. Available to work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm. Excellent communication skills; bilingual preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service. Benefits & Compensation A stable work schedule. All cleaning supplies, uniforms, and training provided.
