Job Description
We are seeking a RBT to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a RBT , you'll play a crucial role in providing clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles to clients with exceptional needs in various settings. This role involves mentoring and educating new staff, overseeing team communication, and ensuring client progress. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.We are also looking for entry level RBTs for those who would like the support!
Qualifications:
- Required: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential with a minimum of three years of experience.
- Required: High School Diploma and completion of 60 hours of college coursework from an accredited university OR enrollment in college coursework for at least 6 hours per semester from an accredited university and/or at least 6 months of experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or a related field.
