Reports To: Beverage Manager / F&B Director
Department: Food & Beverage – Beverage Operations

Otonomus Hotel, Las Vegas’ newest AI-powered luxury destination, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at O Bar . If you’re passionate about crafting exceptional cocktails, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and love creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve beverages in a high-volume environment with efficiency and precision.

• Provide attentive, engaging, and professional guest service in line with Otonomus’ hospitality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety protocols.

• Assist with bar setup, restocking, and closing duties.

• Collaborate with the team to support private events, tastings, and special activations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar, hotel, or restaurant.

• Knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and wine & spirits.

• Flair bartending experience preferred – showmanship is a plus!

• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness (TAM/Health Card) certifications required.

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
