The position will oversee and manage fellowship programs, including accreditation support, HR management, and compliance with policies. It will also provide cross‑coverage for our residency program coordinator and other administrative staff, and support various faculty activities within the department. Responsibilities Provide administrative support for fellowship and residency programs. Oversee fellowship programs, including accreditation support and HR management. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures. Support faculty needs and related activities within the department. Provide cross‑coverage for residency program coordinator and other administrative staff. Qualifications Master’s degree (MA) in a related field or Bachelor’s degree with ≥3 years of experience in Graduate Medical Education. Experience with database management. Strong time‑management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a Graduate Medical Education program or Fellowship Program. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of accreditation processes for medical education programs. Physical Requirements Sitting for extended periods, prolonged use of a computer, and lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 30 lbs.
