We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Glass Installation and Repair Technician to join our growing team. Job Overview
As a Glass Installation and Repair Technician, you will be dispatched to residential client homes to take precise measurements for custom glass shower enclosures, windows, & door. You’ll prepare material lists based on site conditions and return to complete the installation once materials arrive. This position requires both technical ability and excellent customer interaction skills.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Travel to client locations to measure and assess for frameless or framed shower door installations, windows, & doors.
• Create detailed material and hardware lists for custom glass orders
• Communicate job site conditions and requirements with the office team
• Return to install shower doors, windows, doors upon material arrival
• Handle and install glass with care, following all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Use appropriate tools to level, fasten, and seal installations correctly
• Maintain work logs, tools, and vehicle inventory

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience installing glass shower enclosures, windows, & doors (frameless and/or framed)
• Ability to take accurate measurements and translate them into material needs
• Skilled in using measuring, leveling, and hand tools
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clean driving record and background check required
• Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor

Bonus Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will also have experience in one or more of the following:
• Window and door installation
• Vinyl or aluminum siding repairs
• Glass replacements (residential or commercial)
