About the Role : Do you have a knack for fixing things and a passion for making furniture look brand new? As a Furniture Repair Technician, you'll help restore and repair all kinds of furniture—from cozy sofas to sturdy tables—making them look and feel like new again. You'll use your creativity and hands-on skills to solve problems and deliver great results, all while ensuring our customers are happy with the work you do!

What You'll Do :

  • Inspect and Assess : Take a close look at furniture to figure out what needs fixing, whether it's a small scratch or something bigger.
  • Make Repairs : From fixing broken wooden frames to reupholstering cushions, you’ll restore furniture with care and skill.
  • Woodworking : If wooden parts need a little TLC, you’ll sand, stain, or replace them to make everything look perfect.
  • Upholstery Work : Bring old furniture back to life by replacing worn-out fabrics or adding new padding for extra comfort.
  • Customer Interaction : Work with customers to understand their needs and share ideas for how we can help. You’ll also keep them updated on how their repairs are going.
  • CXM Technology : Use our CXM (Customer Experience Management) software to stay organized, track jobs, update customer records, and schedule appointments. This will help you keep everything on track and provide the best experience for our customers.
  • Safety First : You’ll make sure that your workspace is safe and that you’re using tools and equipment properly.
  • Keep Track of Materials : Make sure you’ve got everything you need, from tools to fabrics, to complete the job smoothly.
