A Day in the Life:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residential units and common areas are painted to the highest standards, creating a welcoming and fresh environment for our residents. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, works efficiently, and takes pride in their craftsmanship. You also need to be willing to rotate between three of our apartment communities, which are just minutes apart from one another. 

Painter must haves:

• Proven experience in painting (interior and exterior), preferably in multi-family or residential settings. 
• Proficiency in: Rolling, brushing, and spraying techniques. Surface preparation (sanding, patching, priming). Using ladders and other painting tools safely.
• High standard for clean lines, smooth finishes, and professional-quality work.
• Ensures proper protection of flooring, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces.
• Efficient and organized with a strong work ethic—able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possesses reliable transportation
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm

Compensation: Starting at $22 per hour
