Job Title: Fullstack Developer (12-Month Contract – Hybrid)

Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Rate: $40–$45/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer on a 12-month contract basis to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. This role requires strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, database management, and API integration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with UI/UX designers and other engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions, ensure code quality through best practices, and troubleshoot technical issues across the stack.

This is a hybrid role in Dallas, TX, requiring the candidate to be on-site 3 days per week with 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive interfaces.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for best practices and maintainability.
  • Write clear, maintainable documentation and follow coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong experience in server-side development: Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
  • Experience in agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with test automation and unit testing frameworks.
