Now Hiring | Senior Full Stack Developer (Hybrid – Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI Only)
1+ Year Contract (Likely extensions)
$50–55/hr W2 | No C2C
We’re looking for a senior full stack developer with strong front-end and back-end experience, deep AWS knowledge, and proven DevOps skills. This role supports a high-impact enterprise platform and requires someone comfortable working autonomously, collaborating in a global matrixed environment, and mentoring others when needed.
What You’ll Do
✅ Build & maintain enterprise full stack apps (Python, NodeJS, ReactJS)
✅ Enhance reliability platform + patterns for incident management and RCA
✅ Provision & automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform
✅ Build CI/CD pipelines through GitLab
✅ Manage AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS, IAM)
✅ Improve system reliability & observability (Dynatrace APM highly preferred)
✅ Support automation + performance optimization across environments
What We’re Looking For
10+ years software development (Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, SQL)
AWS architecture experience (enterprise-scale)
Strong DevOps experience (Terraform + GitLab CI/CD)
Experience in hybrid cloud architecture & automation
Excellent communication / able to work cross-functionally
Curious, proactive, self-starter mindset
