A dual-physician couple and long-standing Morningside Nannies clients are seeking a second nanny to join their collaborative household team. This childcare-focused position centers on providing attentive afternoon care for their newborn until their oldest arrives home from school at 5 p.m., with responsibilities including nurturing engagement, supporting developmental milestones, and facilitating age-appropriate play and activities. The nanny will manage the afternoon routine until mom returns for dinner, then assist with mealtime and the bedtime routine. Candidates who are positive, nurturing, mature, experienced, and proactive—along with those who communicate well, work seamlessly alongside another nanny, and bring uplifting energy into the home—will thrive in this role. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply, though this is not required. The family guarantees 35–40 hours per week, with optional Saturday hours available, and they highly value their nannies, offering flexibility and year-end bonuses. This position is available for an immediate start.
