Firewall / VPN Support Engineer :
- Troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and Cisco Firepower VPN
- Identify root causes of incidents and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Review vulnerability, compliance risks, and fault analysis on perimeter devices
- Develop and implement remediation plans
- Participate in on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
Qualifications :
- Fortinet FortiGate firewalls
- Cisco Firepower VPN ( Cisco Firepower Threat Defense - FTD ,
Cisco Firepower Management Center - FMC )
- ideally certifications in Fortinet and / or Cisco Firepower VPN technologies (Fortinet NSE : Fortinet Network Security Professional, Fortinet Network Security Analyst, Fortinet Network Security Specialist, Fortinet Network Security Architect, Fortinet Network Security Expert and / or Cisco CCNA Security, CCNP Security, CCIE Security )
- Ability to work nights and weekends as part of on-call rotation
