Are you an experienced Forklift Operator seeking a rewarding opportunity? Workforce Enterprises Colton is currently hiring a skilled Forklift Drivers for our clients in Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, and Redlands, CA,. These clients are prominent providers of high-quality distribution merchandise. Join our committed team dedicated to fostering growth and building enduring partnerships.

Schedules Available:

1st shift Mon - Fri

5am -1:30pm

8am - 4:30pm

2nd shift Mon - Fri

1:30pm - 10:00pm

3pm - 11:30pm

3rd Shift Mon - Fri

9pm - 5:30am

* Must be able to work weekends for mandatory overtime*

In this role, you'll ensure a safe work environment by following maintenance and safety procedures. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, scanning merchandise, building pallets, picking orders, performing put away, hand stacking, and labeling products, You'll replenish stock, enter data accurately using manual/computer/RF systems, and conduct product counts/reconciliations. Your tasks also involve directing products to warehouse areas, operating forklifts/pallet riders safely, and maintaining cleanliness by clearing debris and sweeping. Prompt reporting of equipment issues, rack damage, or safety hazards to supervisors is essential for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform tasks consistently and accurately
• Proficiency in reading, writing, basic math, and computer operations
• Attention to detail with effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Minimum of one year experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Steel Toes
• Forklift operation experience; ability to become forklift-certified
• Competence in safely operating Turret, Cherry Picker, Reach, Pacer, Sit Down, EPJ forklifts
