Job Duties :
Could be doing a multitude of jobs to include putting boxes together, placing port briskets , pork butts and chicken into marinades and then placing into industrial smokers. Working in a room that you place cooked meats into a shredder and then work the end of the line hand inspecting and pulling apart larger pieces and discarding non-usables. Working in a room that cools down shredded meat and your lift and roll meats to aide in that process. Working in a packaging area putting sauces into machines that portions sauce into and onto of meat and then goes through the packaging process. Boxing and labeling products for shipment. Other jobs as required. Areas can be cold and warm depending on where you are working.
