Immediate full-time opportunity for an experienced flooring installer. This is an hourly position with full time employment benefits.
Responsibilities include reviewing work orders & designs for potential problems, interpreting detail in technical drawings, communicating with Scheduling Manager and customers, loading job materials/tools, driving work van to job locations, performing prep work/tear outs & using a variety of hand/power tools to complete installations. In addition, the position will provide direction and guidance to apprentice installers and helpers on the job.
Excellent customer service skills are required to communicate with customers & answer questions. Qualifications include 3 – 5 years of installation experience; the ability to frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.; a valid PA driver’s license & clean driving record, and a stable work history including consistent attendance. Looking for candidates with the experience & job knowledge to work independently & make decisions/judgments while working through the installation process.
