Finance Manager
Location: Montgomery, AL

Duties:

• Supervise financial reporting, accounting activities, and performance evaluations for our site.
• Formulate and implement annual operating plans (AOP) and the most recent estimates (LE) to meet financial objectives.
• Work collaboratively with the team to propel and accomplish major initiatives.
• Spot potential improvements and engage with site leaders to facilitate their execution.
• Reinforce a solid framework for internal controls and compliance across all sites.
• Leverage digital tools to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making processes.
• Proactively detect, assess, and manage risks and opportunities while delivering performance insights.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in finance or accounting is required; a CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years in financial management and accounting within a manufacturing setting.
• Superior communication and presentation abilities.
• Expertise in accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting; experience with SAP or similar systems is advantageous.
• Skilled at breaking down complex business challenges and devising effective, actionable solutions.
• Proven capability in networking and leading organizational change initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of comprehensive supply chain finance and cost accounting principles.
• Competent in analyzing financial data and leveraging it for decision-making, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Highly motivated, independent, with a dedication to maintaining financial stewardship.
