Bridge radically simplifies accepting insurance for virtual care clinics, enabling them to offer patients insurance-covered care within a matter of weeks. By utilizing Bridge, virtual care clinics can tap into nationwide insurance coverage, leverage patient-facing and back-office technology specifically designed for virtual care workflows, and benefit from comprehensive revenue cycle management.

Bridge is already scaling rapidly and supports clinics across a broad range of specialities. It is led by a team of seasoned healthcare experts with extensive experience across virtual care clinic operations, insurance contracting, and revenue cycle management. Backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Greenoaks, and Mischief.

The Role

This is Bridge’s first dedicated finance hire, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be the steward of Bridge’s financial health — designing the infrastructure, processes, and analytic discipline that allow us to scale rapidly without surprises. You’ll work cross-functionally (Growth, Product, RCM, Operations, Legal) to ensure that financial data isn’t just backward-looking, but forward-leaning: driving decisions, informing growth levers, and building trust with investors. As the company grows, you’ll own opportunities to shape financial products or services for our clinic partners.

Responsibilities

• Build Financial Foundations: Own financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and unit economics to guide strategic decisions.
• Manage Revenue & Payouts: Ensure accurate, timely partner payouts and reliable revenue operations, including payer rate cards and pricing support.
• Oversee Treasury, Accounting & Financial Compliance: Manage tax and accounting vendors including running monthly close, and maintain financial controls.
• Support Fundraising & Reporting: Deliver investor and board reporting, scenario planning, and fundraising materials.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Work with Growth, Product, and RCM teams to embed financial data into decisions and product strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• You’ve spent 5–8+ years in startup finance, FP&A, or banking roles and know how to build models and processes from scratch.
• Spreadsheets bend to your will — forecasting, reforecasting, and scenario planning come naturally.
• You sweat the details.
• You’re scrappy and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things work.
• You can explain complex financial trade-offs in plain English to teammates who don’t live in Excel.

Nice to have

• You understand healthcare payments and revenue cycle management.
• You’ve built board decks, investor models, or supported fundraising processes.
• You’ve used modern ERPs or BI tools and love automating financial ops.
• You thrive in early-stage chaos and know how to create structure without slowing things dow

What we’re not looking for

• We’re not looking for someone senior/executive (CFO-level) who wants to be purely strategic with minimal execution. We need someone who is scrappy, hands-on, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves.
• We are not expecting perfect systems day one; there will be ambiguity, gaps, iteration. But you must be able to build the scaffolding and deliver predictable outcomes.

Pay Transparency

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Bridge’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Bridge has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.

Location 

Our preference is towards individuals that can join us in-person in Boulder, CO. Our ideal weekly schedule is 3 days in-office and 2 day working remotely.
