Sodexo Campus Segment is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support the dining program at SUNY Plattsburgh in beautiful Plattsburgh, NY. The Field Marketing Specialist drives growth and engagement by developing and executing marketing strategies that bring the dining program to life. You’ll partner closely with the dining leadership team, client representatives, and students to plan and deliver marketing initiatives that promote participation, satisfaction, and loyalty.

What You'll Do: Drive Growth & Engagement:
Plan, develop, and execute initiatives across Non-Mandatory Sales, Retail & Catering, New Sales, Retention, and eCommerce.
Activate the Brand:
Lead on-campus marketing events, tabling activities, and campaigns that energize the student community.
Enhance Communication:
Manage internal and external messaging, including websites, newsletters, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Customer Insight & Experience:
Gather and analyze feedback through surveys, focus groups, and engagement promotions to guide marketing direction.
Collaborate Creatively:
Partner with graphic design resources and the client’s marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-brand visuals and campaigns.
Celebrate Innovation:
Share success stories and best practices across campus and within Sodexo to showcase innovation and impact.

What You Bring:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
