Job Summary: Tarpon Bay Grill & Tiki Bar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and engaging bartender who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume waterfront environment. We are looking for someone with strong personality behind the bar, excellent customer interaction, and the ability to balance speed, accuracy, and hospitality.
Responsibilities: • Greet guests with confidence, warmth, and high energy • Craft cocktails quickly and consistently • Handle heavy rushes while maintaining great service • Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and organization • Upsell specialty drinks, shots, and featured cocktails • Engage with guests and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere • Handle cash/card transactions accurately • Maintain knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and tiki-style cocktails
Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to multitask and stay calm during rushes • Comfortable working long hours on your feet • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional • Flexible availability—nights/weekends required
