Automotive Service Technicians / Mechanics Audi Shop

Starting Range: $18 - $35/hour + Great Benefits!

Job Description:

Utilize technical skills and training to perform maintenance and repairs for our internal, fleet and customer vehicles. This work is to be done in a professional, timely manner, following all industry safety procedures, while ensuring quality repairs at a fair cost to the customer.

The Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work, including:

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with any/all dealership, manufacturer and Company policies, procedures and generally accepted standards.
• Diagnose the root cause of any malfunction and perform repair to correct the issue. This may include road-testing vehicles to aid in the diagnoses.
• Maintain clear and open communication with surrounding departments, including Parts and Sales.
• Thoroughly examine all vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is necessary.
• Advise Service Advisor immediately if any additional work is needed or if anything with a repair order changes.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and attend appropriate training courses.
• Ensure the use of proper safety equipment at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications/Requirements – Service Technician:

• Audi experience is required
• Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Must be able to multi-task to accomplish a goal using resources effectively and efficiently.
• Concentrate his/her efforts on the more important priorities, using time effectively and efficiently.
• Willingness to undergo additional training when necessary
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
