About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Montana Chapter. This external-facing, community relations role is pivotal in supporting region-led mission capacity building, strengthening relationships across the community, and serving as the primary liaison to the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing The Company's presence and connectivity in the community, developing sustained relationships to ensure the achievement of mission goals, and managing the chapter board and community volunteer leaders. The role requires a professional with a four-year college degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 5 years of related experience, and a proven track record in fundraising, relationship building, and influencing others. A collaborative and inclusive work style is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment. Applicants for the Executive Director position at The Company's Montana Chapter should be prepared to be the face of the organization, with a strong focus on community engagement and awareness. The role demands a high level of communication, influencing, and management skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
