Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our dynamic Storm Restoration Company. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, which involves superior customer service, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support. You will be an essential point of contact and will facilitate effective communication across teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute notes to relevant parties, as needed. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in the preparation of reports Provide high-level administrative support to the company owner and management team Daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Requirements Qualifications Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles (3+ years preferred). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills Proficiency in office software, specifically Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.High degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Knowledge of the storm restoration or construction industry is a plus.
