Whats a typical day as an Executive Assistant? Youll be:
Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding corporate and personal information while partnering with the executive for efficient time management.
Serving as the executives liaison to various internal and external parties, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations.
Managing calendars for the Executive Director and their direct reports, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure preparedness and organization.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have an Associates degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior leaders.
Possess excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills, with a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
Demonstrate strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, along with a high degree of professionalism in maintaining confidentiality and building positive relationships.
