Position Summary

Performs a variety of highly responsible, confidential, and complex secretarial and administrative duties for the CEO. Maintains confidential and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Maintain daily calendar, schedule meetings and appointments.
• Responsible for briefing the CEO each day on the daily schedule.
• Make travel and guest arrangements.
• Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Maintain contact lists and various databases.
• Perform other administrative or office duties or projects as required or as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum two plus years of experience in an administrative capacity.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive on behalf of company business.
• Company will provide additional training, as necessary

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This office-based role requires frequent computer use and effective communication, with occasional travel to project sites as needed. Site visits may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.
