PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS ON SITE AND NOT REMOTE. THIS WILL REQUIRE BEING IN OUR OFFICE IN ATLANTA, GA DAILY AND COMMUTING TO CHARITY EVENTS.

Through the tireless efforts of their speakers & representatives that help get the message across the United States as well as our skill-based marketing knowledge used to expand their brand awareness, we have been able to enhance the impact of our surrounding community. To continue our efforts in the Atlanta region, we are hiring an Events/Customer Service Trainee immediately.

Responsibilities of an Events/Customer Service Trainee:

• Communicating with donors in person in a professional, empathetic, and respectful manner emphasizes the impact we can make in our community
• The Events/Customer Service Trainee is responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all event and promotions requirements through company provided forms
• Attend in-person and virtual Events/Customer Service Trainee meetings to increase client knowledge
• Provide support to families and community members
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the consumers, clients, and other team members
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow Events/Customer Service Trainee team members to increase awareness
• Establish concrete, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management

Requirements of an Events/Customer Service Trainee:

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in Events, Sales, or Customer Service
• Reliable, natural problem solver, and can think on your feet in a high-energy environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• The candidate must possess a strong student mentality and willingness to learn
• A competitive edge with the want to inherit more responsibilities
