AV-rated® firm of 200+ attorneys across 17 offices, is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience.

Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, offering insights and guidance on a range of employment-related issues, including discrimination, termination, and workplace compliance.

Spearhead the defense in employment litigation matters, utilizing a strategic approach to navigate cases related to alleged violations of employment laws

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience defending federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions
• Experience handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC and other state and local human rights agencies
• Experience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board regarding matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations
• Experience handling employment litigation in federal and state court
• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California

The Salary Range is $125,000 - $180,000.
