Job Details
Requirements:
3+ years of Labor, employment and personnel experience.
Experience with labor negotiations, including serving on a negotiations team; developing and drafting bargaining proposals, side letters and MOUs, developing negotiation plans and strategies; and effectively negotiating collective bargaining agreements and MOUs.
Experience with the Educational Employment Relations Act or similar labor relations statute preferred.
Public entity representation is preferred but not required; and prior school district representation is a plus.
Admission to the California State Bar.
