Are you passionate about the physical sciences and looking to expand your editorial experience? Join our dynamic team as a Remote Editorial Assistant! We are seeking a motivated individual to provide essential support for our Publishing Team on a temporary basis for at least 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Review submissions to ensure they adhere to ethical standards.
Manage the progress of articles through the peer review and production processes, ensuring timely publication.
Communicate effectively with authors, editors, and conference organizers, offering guidance on the publishing process and addressing inquiries.
Assist with administrative tasks that contribute to the success of the Conference Proceedings program.
Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of editorial experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing time effectively.
A team player who can adapt to changing situations.
A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
