An external premium experience for the customer begins with an internal premium experience for the sales representative.= Position Summary & Responsibilities As an Apex Roofing Drone Pilot, you will be primarily responsible for conducting industry-leading Drone Roofing Inspections. This cutting-edge technology allows for detailed scans of roofing surfaces while safely piloted from the ground, eliminating unnecessary risk to team members and customer property. As a Drone Pilot you will be responsible for running pre-set appointments for residential and commercial roof scans before handing off inspection results to a sales closer. In this Base Salary + Performance Bonus role with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $65k-$95k annual, you’ll also qualify for our full suite of health benefits plus fuel reimbursement and monthly vehicle stipend. Apex Roofing Drone Pilots are expected to maintain high standards both of conduct and performance at all times. Your success will be determined not only by your ability to deliver quality, timely inspection reports at volume, but by your willingness and capability to work fluidly with fellow team members to ensure a premium customer experience at every level. Weekly Pay Period, direct-deposited each Friday $60k annual base salary Commissions paid on all self-generated inspection leads progressed to contract signed Full health benefits suite after 90 days Company vehicle or $500 monthly stipend Fuel card and/or fuel reimbursement Uniforms and sales equipment provided Drone provided W2 Full-Time classification Clear metrics for career advancement Vertical mobility to training and management roles for qualified performers Recruitment bonus You Will Thrive In This Role If: You are familiar with drone technology and aviation regulations You have a basic understanding of the direct sales process You have a fundamental working knowledge of residential structural components You communicate confidently, directly and professionally You have high, measurable goals and a timeline on which you plan to achieve them You are comfortable with critical thinking and decision making based on available information You are self-driven and rely on discipline over motivation to achieve your goals You have previous sales experience in related industries such as roofing, solar, pest control or home efficiency Job Requirements: Must have or be willing and capable of obtaining a qualifying drone pilot license in accordance with FAA regulations. License can be acquired during initial training period.
