Your New Role

• Perform drain cleaning services for residential environments
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drainage and minor plumbing issues
• Recommend solutions to prevent future clogs or backups
• Provide friendly, professional customer service on every job

• Follow all safety protocols and plumbing best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Drain Cleaning Technician
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawl spaces or confined areas
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

our company. If I may, I’ll tell you a little more about OnTime Service and about how
we work to serve our customers.
My father, George Adkins, began the business in 1975. Eight years later, I joined him
as an apprentice electrician. For almost four decades, we focused primarily on
residential electrical service, repair and construction. In 2014, we began a heating
and cooling division. In November 2016, we started offering plumbing services to
our customers. We have worked in thousands of homes and hundreds of
commercial projects in Alabama.
