Director of Product Management
I'm supporting a rapidly growing San Francisco Bay Area healthcare technology organization that is building next-generation digital tools for chronic care management, remote patient monitoring, value-based care, and continuous glucose monitoring support.
We’re looking for a Director of Product Management who can:
- Own product strategy & roadmap across web, mobile, and care delivery platforms
- Translate clinical workflows into scalable, intuitive digital solutions
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, clinical operations, and executive leadership
- Drive measurable impact for patients, providers, and population health
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product team
Full-time, permanent opportunity
Base salary: $180,000 – $255,000 + bonus + benefits
Onsite in SF Bay Area with some flexibility
Ideal background includes:
- Digital health experience (RPM, CCM, VBC, CGM, or care coordination platforms)
- Strong understanding of interoperability (FHIR/HL7), HIPAA, and regulated environments
- 10+ years in product management, including leadership of product teams
